Born in Las Vegas, Cam Carroll lived in Charleston, South Carolina, before making his way to Austin. For years, football sat at the center of his plans.

When injuries ended that chapter, he found his way back to his guitar and songwriting. What began as a way to work through heartbreak and the pressures of growing up became something he could share.

That sense of connection is still at the heart of his music. With a honeyed voice and a grounded presence, Cam wants listeners to feel welcome, understood and a little less alone.

He now calls Austin home, drawn by its live music scene and the chance to surround himself with music. As he records his first single, his community gets to be part of the beginning.
